Stress and anxiety are normal parts of everyday life, and in fact they can be helpful, and even important, in helping us to recognise and overcome day to day difficulties, and improve our lives.  If you’re feeling stressed or anxious at the moment, why not take just a few minutes here, to browse through our relaxing videos and suggestions.  You can.

If you are near one of our bases, you might like to know that we offer private classes in relaxation, for individuals or groups,  encompassing stretching, yoga and meditation.  We can do this for companies too.  

If you feel stressed or anxious often, then perhaps you need to think about the balance in your life.  If you don’t, it won’t be long before your mental and physical health just won’t be able to cope.  So make a change.  Make it now, before it’s too late.  

If you don’t know where to begin, or can’t do it alone, you might want to think about our wellbeing assessments, through which we work with you and guide you on your way.  

Physical exercise can help too.  Getting some exercise  and changing your physical wellbeing can help you emotionally - so take a look at our physical wellbeing pages.  

It may be that your anxiety is caused by something deeper, which you can’t face alone.  If so, you might want to ask us whether counselling or therapy could help.
