Music and wellbeing

We are great believers in the importance of music in wellbeing.  Music can reflect, express, or change our emotions.  We can use it to relax, to give ourselves a lift, or to help us get in touch with our innermost being.  

On this page, we give you links to some great music that we’re listening to at the moment.  We update it regularly, so bookmark it and keep coming back.
