We support three charities directly at LCTKD Wellbeing and London Chinatown TaeKwonDo,
where our charitable work is part of our “community martial arts” philosophy. We
support these organisations with our time (over 2000 hours in the last year alone),
our specialist advice, and also through charity events, like our annual “100 Spars”
Martial Arts event, and charity martial arts days we run for companies and organisations,
with the proceeds going to charity.
The charities we support do vital work in our communities. Please take a moment
to find out more about them, and if you can, to make a donation to that vital work.
Worcestershire Cruse Bereavement Care, which helps to restore hope to people who
are struggling following a bereavement - sometimes in the most tragic of circumstances.
At the moment, we are hosting the Cruse News Page on this website. Click on the
logo to find out more.
Broadway Youth Club, which does much needed work with disadvantaged young people
in a rural setting where there’s little access to the facilities people take for
granted in cities.
The London Chinese Community Centre (and in particular, its Youth Project), which
works with, looks after, and represents the interests of Chinese people in London,
and helps to share Chinese cultures with others.
